Appointment Policy

House call appointments are scheduled beginning at 9:00 A.M. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and the last appointment of the day is usually scheduled for 5:00 P.M.  Later appointments can be arranged, when necessary.   Surgeries and teeth cleanings are scheduled on Thursday.  Your pet will be picked up at your home by Pet Housecalls staff in the morning of the procedure, and most pets may return home the same afternoon.  

We ask that cats be confined to a room such as a bathroom prior to the arrival of Dr. Woodruff, so that under-the-bed extractions be avoided! This helps keep us on schedule, as our day is usually booked full, days in advance.  Dr. Woodruff makes every effort to arrive at your home at the appointment time, (rather than a range of several hours), but be aware that circumstances may dictate that he could arrive a little early or later than stated. 

We reserve the option of charging a house call fee for failure of the pet or the client to be home at the time of the appointment.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, cash and personal checks.
